Mega Star Chiranjeevi‘s GodFather has crossed $1 Million at the US box office. This is the third film of Chiranjeevi to cross the coveted mark. Khaidi No. 150, and Syeraa Narasimha Reddy have crossed the mark before. GodFather has now crossed the landmark. Acharya missed it ($850K) by a small margin. With the initial collection the film got, it is remarkable that it managed to pull off the feat.
However, the road is still long as the movie needs to break into $1.5 Million to cross the breakeven. On the other hand, the Tamil movie Ponniyin Selvan-1 is continuing its grand run. The movie has so far collected $5.6 Million and will enter $6 Million soon.
