The Election Commission of India moved Andhra Pradesh’s Police Chief Rajendranath Reddy to a different job because of complaints from the Telugu Desam Party. They asked the state’s top official to give them a list of three other police officers by May 6.

The TDP accused the Police Chief and Intelligence Chief of helping the ruling YSRCP party.

Last month, after the Chief Minister got hurt in a stone-throwing incident, the Election Commission transferred the Intelligence Chief and the SP of Vijayawada. They then appointed new people for those jobs.

Now, they’re changing the police chief too because of these complaints.
