A mass film is the first choice for the filmgoers no matter what the combination is for the class movie. It is evident once again with the Christmas clash Salaar vs Dunki. Prabhas’ Salaar became the priority for movie lovers even though Dunki has an SRK-Raj Kumar Hirani combination.
Especially, in the US, Salaar is miles ahead of Dunki. Salaar so far has collected $1.5 Million through pre-sales. It added $250K and $300K respectively from the past two days. On the other hand, Dunki so far added $325K which clearly shows the indication.
However, given the stakes of Dunki, it might get a long run. Raj Kumar Hirani is one of the finest filmmakers in Indian Cinema and he can’t be undermined. Prashant Neel on the other hand knows the mass pulse. So, it is going to be an interesting battle.
In the domestic circuit as well, Salaar is dominating Book My Show bookings. Overall, the Prabhas starrer is looking to post some unbelievable numbers on day one.
