Rishabh Pant, the original captain of Delhi Capitals is going to watch today’s match between Delhi Capitals and Gujarat Titans at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium. Shyam Sharma, Director of the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) confirmed the news. “Yes, he will be at the stadium. He will watch the match live today,” Sharma said.
He further said that there were special arrangements made for him to reach the stadium and watch the match. “If he needs a golf cart, it is available. Wherever he wants to go, we will make it smooth for him. We have made the best facilities for him,” Sharma stated.
So, it will be Pant’s first public appearance and in a cricket stadium as well after miraculously being saved in a horrific car accident that happened on December 30th when he was on his way to the home town Roorkee from New Delhi.
