Australia’s destructive opener Aaron Finch is going to play the IPL 2022. The batsman has been unsold in the auctions but he has been picked by the Kolkata Knight Riders as a replacement to Alex Hales. Apparently, The English opener has opted out of the current season of IPL citing bubble fatigue much like the other English batsman Jason Roy.

This will be Aaron Finch’s 9th IPL franchise. He has played for 8 franchises in the past and now he will be part of KKR. The only teams he is not a part of the current IPL teams are Chennai Super Kings and the new teams Gujarat Titans and Lucknow Super Giants.

It is well known that IPL 2022 will kickstart from March 26th with the opening match being played between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders, the winners, and runners of the last season.
