Telangana High Court has granted bail to the 3 accused in the MLAs’ poaching case. Ramachandra Bharati, Nand Kumar, and D.P.S.K.V. Simhayaji who were taken into custody in connection to the MLAs poaching case were granted conditional bail by the High Court.

Justice B. Sumalatha granted conditional bail upon paying a conditional bond of Rs. 3 lakhs and two sureties each. The High Court further ordered them to appear before the Special Investigation Team every Monday.

Justice B. Vijayasen Reddy, on Wednesday, has given directions restraining SIT from arresting the other two accused Tushar Vellapally and B. Srinivas. However, the high court directed them to cooperate with the probe team. The court further adjourned the petition seeking transfer of the case to the CBI to December 6th.
