Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy gets a major relief from the Telangana High Court today. He has been granted conditional bail by the state’s top court in YS Viveka’s murder case. It is known that the High Court vacation bench today heard the arguments of both sides. The bench agreed to the arguments of YS Avinash Reddy’s lawyer. CBI has requested a custodial investigation of YS Avinash Reddy in connection to the case.
The investigation agency alleges that the MP is not cooperating with them in the questioning related to the case. However, the high court after hearing the arguments opined that there is no need for a custodial investigation of YS Avinash Reddy.
The conditions imposed while granting bail will be known very shortly. It is also known that June 30th is the deadline for the CBI to complete the investigation of this case.
