As expected Kalvakuntla Kavitha has been served notices by the Central Bureau of Investigation in the ongoing Delhi Liquor Scam. Telangana Rashtra Samithi MLC, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s daughter K. Kavitha was asked to appear before the CBI under Section 160 of CrPC as a witness in the investigation regarding the Delhi Liquor Scam.

Alok Kumar Shahi, Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBI, ACB, New Delhi has issued the orders to appear before the CBI at 11 am on December 6 at either Hyderabad or Delhi. Kavitha informed the media persons that she has received the orders and said to the CBI that they can meet at her residence in Hyderabad.

Earlier, Kalvakuntla Kavitha’s name was attached in the remand report by the ED and then Kavitha stated that she is ready to cooperate with any agency and answer their questions but tarnishing her image by leaking information to the media, people will refute it.
