As per the latest reports from the tech side, Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta is ready with another mass layoff plan. This time the company has decided to lay off 10,000 employees. Mark Zuckerberg in an email to the employees has stated that multiple rounds of job cuts will take place in the coming weeks. In addition to that, Facebook-parent Meta has also decided to hold the freshly recruited 5,000 jobs all over the world.

The reports suggested that in the email Mark said it is a very tough decision but there is no way around that. “It will mean saying goodbye to talented and passionate colleagues who have been part of our success,” he added.

It can be remembered that Meta, in November last year, announced that it is going to lay off 11,000 employees. It was the first layoff announcement in the company’s 18-year history. In the statement further, Mark mentioned that additional cost-cutting measures will be implemented.
