Megastar Chiranjeevi’s latest outing Bholaa Shankar has had a very poor opening on the opening day. Bholaa Shankar was released amid very low expectations yet it failed to reach them. The film with the negative trend right from the noon shows continued the talk. The negative talk only kept increasing on day one and finally, the verdict was out. The trend has shown a direct effect on collections.
Bholaa Shankar collected a distributor share of Rs. 17.50 Crores on the first day which is very poor, to say the least. As the collections started a downtrend, the second and third-day collections are going to be even lower.
In the full run, Bholaa Shankar might even struggle to collect Rs. 40 Crores worldwide which is very sad. The film needs to collect Rs. 80 Crores in the full run to be considered successful.
Directed by Meher Ramesh, Bholaa Shankar has Tamannaah Bhatia in the female lead role. Keerthy Suresh played Chiranjeevi’s sister in the movie.
