Chandrababu Naidu joins hands with Modi (NDA)

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu recently shared his views on rejoining the BJP-led NDA to safeguard the state and its people. He mentioned that his main disagreement with the BJP was about special status for Andhra Pradesh, but on topics like development and economic reforms, he and PM Modi agree on the same words.

Chandrababu Naidu criticized current Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy for harming the state’s development and future. He claimed that YS Jagan sold government assets and left Andhra Pradesh in a difficult situation. He feels responsible for protecting the people and their future, which is why he joined forces with the BJP and Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena to save Andhra Pradesh.

Back in 2018, Chandrababu Naidu left the NDA due to the central government’s refusal to grant special status to Andhra Pradesh, blaming PM Modi for injustice. However, he rejoined the NDA in March, before the Lok Sabha elections this year, citing unity on all issues except special status. Chandrababu Naidu highlighted that his priority remains Andhra Pradesh’s welfare on any day in any situation.
