Nandamuri Balakrishna, Tollywood actor and Hindupur legislator, spoke at a big public meeting in Puthalapattu, Chittoor district. He asked people to support the TDP’s candidates, Daggumalla Prasad Rao for the Chittoor parliament and Dr. Kalikiri Murali Mohan for the Puthalapattu assembly.
Balakrishna said winning all TDP-NDA candidates was important for the party to regain power in Andhra Pradesh. He criticized the YSRCP government, saying it played revenge politics and hurt the state. Balakrishna highlighted the need for Chandrababu Naidu’s leadership to improve the state.
He mocked YSRCP’s promises, like three capitals, which led to no capital for the state. He also questioned their claim of fulfilling 99% of their promises, pointing out the failure of liquor prohibition.
