Despite heavy rains in a few regions over the last weekend, Hyderabad city is now seeing heavy temperatures again this summer. The scenario in the city is quite in contrast to the rains, which are heatstrokes currently.
As per the reports of the IMD, Indian Meteorological Department, Hyderabad is registering more than 41 degrees Celsius consistently these weekdays. IMD also said that the temperature would remain in the same range all through this week. There is a possibility for a drop to 39 degrees Celsius after April 28, which is not a big change.
In Telangana state, all 33 districts have been warned of huge heatwaves. More than 50 percent of heatwaves have been registered so far.
In addition to these heatwaves, sunstrokes have become a sign of danger now. EMRI, Emergency Medical and Research Institute, warned the age group of 25 to 35 years to be cautious with these sunstrokes in Telangana.
