The auction for the Indian Premier League 2023 edition is currently underway. The highlight of the auction is the Star England allrounder Sam Curran who goes for Rs. 18.50 Crores to Punjab Kings. He is the highest-ever buy in the history of IPL. The other notable buys belong to the allrounders as well.

Australian allrounder Cameron Green was sold to Mumbai Indians for a whopping Rs. 17.50 Crores. England’s Test Captain, prime allrounder Ben Stokes goes to Chennai Super Kings for a huge Rs. 16.25 Crores.

Zimbabwe’s top batsman Sikandar Raza goes for his base price of Rs. 50 lakhs. Punjab Kings picks him. Odean Smith was the pick of the day as Gujarat Titans managed to buy him for just Rs. 50 lakhs. Rajasthan Royals shelled out Rs. 5.75 Crores for Jason Holder.

Sunrisers Hyderabad spent a huge Rs. 13.25 Crores for England’s rising batsman Harry Brook. They have also managed to buy Mayank Agarwal for Rs. 8.25 Crores who could be the potential captain material. SRH’s ex-captain Kane Williamson goes for Gujarat Titans for Rs. 2 Crores.
