Many records were broken in yesterday’s match that happened between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians. Overall, 38 sixes were hit by both the team’s batsmen which is the most in a T20 game. The aggregate score of 523 runs in yesterday’s match is also the highest.

Sunrisers Hyderabad recorded the highest-ever IPL total (277). Earlier it was 263 by RCB when Chris Gayle went bonkers by scoring 175 runs. SRH opener Travis Head completed his half-century in 18 balls which is the least by the franchise which was overpowered by Abhishek Sharma who completed it in 16 balls.

Three of the five SRH batters have scored runs with more than 200 humongous strike rate. SRH have also registered their highest powerplay score in this match. Except for Bumrah (9), all the MI bowlers have conceded runs at an Economy rate of more than 11.

Mumbai Indians tried to stay in the competition and they were successful to an extent. They scored 140 runs in the first 10 overs. However, chasing 278 was too many.
