Elon Musk’s warning to his employees

Tesla founder Elon Musk has asked his employees to work from the office. Those who failed to report to the office can be considered to leave the job. This is the sweet warning Tesla founder has given to his employees. He sent a couple of emails to his workers in which he stated that it is high time everyone come to the office and work.

It is known that the Tesla founder has given his employees the feasibility to work from home for every role since 2019. With the COVID getting considerably in control, Elon Musk has decided to start work from the office again.

Here are the excerpts of his 2 emails.

Subject: Remote work is no longer acceptable

Anyone who wishes to do remote work must be in the office for a minimum (and I mean minimum) of 40 hours per week or depart Tesla. This is less than we ask of factory workers.

The second mail:

subject: To be super clear

Everyone at Tesla is required to spend a minimum of 40 hours in the office per week. Moreover, the office must be where your actual colleagues are located, not some remote pseudo office. If you don’t show up, we will assume you have resigned.
