The much awaited election results of the Telugu Association of North America were out the other day. These elections turned more prestigious for both the groups Naren Kodali and Sateesh Vemuri. A huge election campaign was help by both the groups and they tried for a huge turn out of the voters.
Naren Kodali panel secured a bumper victory over Sateesh Vemuri panel in the elections. Naren Kodali was elected as the executive Vice-President. While he secured 13,255 votes, Sateesh Vemuri was limited to 10,362 votes.
Bharat Maddineni (12,827 votes) has won as the Treasurer while his opponent Murali Talluri secured 10,617. Venkat Koganti has been chosen as the Joint Secretary. with 13,015 votes.
Sunil Pantra is chosen as the Joint Treasurer with 13,013 votes. On the other hand, Lokesh Konidala who got 13,362 votes is chosen as the Community Service Coordinator and Uma R Katiki became the Cultural Service Coordinator with 12.638 votes. Sohini Ayanala is the new Women’s Services Coordinator with 12,009 votes. Tagore Mallineni (13,300 votes) has been elected as International Coordinator whereas Sateesh Kommana (12,827 votes) is the new Councilor At Large.
