A medical student from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh has died in the United States due to an accident. Shaik Zaheera Naaz, used to live in Prasadampadu, outskirts of Vijayawada along with her family. She completed her degree in physiotherapy at a college in Vijayawada and went on to study MS in United States in this year August.
While the girl took a cab to travel, in Chicago, the car she was traveling had a gas leak. Both the driver and the girl couldn’t come out of the car. Shaik Zaheera was brought to a hospital in an unconscious state in Chicago but she was declared dead. The incident happened on Wednesday.
The family of Shaik Zaheera Naaz was shaken to hear the tragic news and they have appealed to the state and the central governments to help them bring the girl’s mortal remains to her native place.
