The children’s festival organized by the North American Telugu Society (NATS) in Dallas was a joyous occasion. These celebrations were organized to celebrate Children’s Day on the occasion of Jawaharlal Nehru’s birth anniversary. Nuthi Bapu, president of NATS, said that they have been organizing these celebrations for the past 13 years. Bapu said that leadership qualities will increase in children with such programs. Chairperson Aruna Ganti congratulated the NATS Dallas section.

In the 13th NATS Children’s celebrations held at St. Mary’s Church premises, competitions were held in classical dance, non-classical, classical music, western music, chess, mathematics, Telugu elocution, etc. More than 200 children participated and exhibited their talent. NATS organizers gave prizes to boys and girls who won the first 3 positions in each category in these competitions.

NATS Dallas executive Members Ravi Tupurani, Sridhar Nyalamadugula, Srinivas Uravakonda, Partha Botsa, Sridhar Vinnamuri, Surendra Dhulipalla, Gautam Kasireddy, Venkat, Nagireddy Mandala, Radhika, Ravindra Chitturi, Geetika, Mallika, Trinath, Dhruv, Sai, Youth Organizers Manogna, Nithya, Rehan, Yashita, Varish, Nikita participated. Apart from them, Kavitha Dodda, DV Prasad, Jyoti Vanam, Madala Rajendra, and other members of the NATS National Executive Committee have contributed.
