Telugu Cinema has seen two releases yesterday. The films Love Today and Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam hit the screens yesterday. While the dubbed film Love Today has received a positive response, Allari Naresh’s Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam has been dull at the box office. Though the film has a strong point, it wasn’t dealt with in a proper way, stated the critics and the audiences.
Keeping the box office prospects aside, let us have a look at the OTT streaming partners of both movies. Love Today was grabbed by Netflix. It is known that the Tamil version was released a month earlier and the deal should’ve been closed then.
Coming to the Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam, Zee5 has the digital rights of the movie. However, it is sure that both streaming partners are not looking to give these movies an early release. These can be out by the end of this year.
