COVID is on the rise again in India. For the last 24 hours, India has registered as many as 1,890 new COVID cases and 6 deaths. This is the highest in the last 149 days. According to the Union Health Ministry data which was last updated on Monday, the active cases have surpassed 10K cases after 134 days. The daily positivity rate has been recorded at 3.19 percent and the weekly positivity rate stands at 1.39 percent.
As per the data, more positive cases are being recorded in Delhi and Mumbai. Experts are suggesting taking precautions yet again to keep you away from the deadly virus.

1. If you are still not vaccinated with a booster dose, get it done immediately.
2. Prefer wearing masks in crowded places again
3. Avoid gatherings if possible
4. Maintain hand hygiene as previously
