While one can recall, Vijay Sethupathi was approached to play the villain in Pushpa: The Rise. He has been part of the movie but as it got delayed due to the COVID, Vijay Sethupathi walked out of the project. Then the makers approached Fahadh Faazil in the role of Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, a tough Police Officer.
With the blockbuster, a sensational hit of Pushpa: The Rise, director Sukumar has increased the span of the sequel. The script has been tweaked and now according to the latest update, Vijay Sethupathi has been approached for another villain role. Along with Fahadh, Vijay Sethupathi will be a tough nut to crack for Pushpa Raj i.e., Allu Arjun.
Will Vijay Sethupathi accept Allu Arjun’s movie this time? Or is he going to reject it again? Well, we have to wait and see. Pushpa 2 regular shooting might start in August. The makers are looking for a Summer 2023 release.
