Nandamuri Balakrishna‘s latest movie Akhanda has been a tremendous success at the box office. After completing 50 days of theatrical run, Akhanda has started to stream on Disney + Hotstar from the 21st of this month. Akhanda has now thrashed all the OTT records as well.
As per the official statement, Akhanda has become the all-time highest viewed Telugu film on the OTT platform in 24 hours. Apart from the Telugu audiences, many North audiences are also liking the movie, thanks to the Shiva theme.
Directed by Boyapati Srinu, Akhanda has Pragya Jaiswal in the female lead role. Poorna was seen as a crucial character and Srikanth is the antagonist in the movie. Balakrishna was seen in two different avatars, Aghora being the best of it. SS Thaman’s scintillating background score work stands as another strong pillar for the movie’s success. Balakrishna and Boyapati have completed the hat-trick with Akhanda after Simha and Legend.
