Akkineni Nagarjuna completely believed in the project Naa Saami Ranga. He trusted that the film would do wonders if it was released for the Sankranthi festival and made the team work hard to reach the deadline. Even, the film’s shoot was completed just a few days before the announced date. The entire team raced against time.
Naa Saami Ranga arrived in the theaters on January 14th. Naa Saami Ranga faced fierce competition from HanuMan and Guntur Kaaram. In particular, HanuMan has dominated completely at the box office. Yet, Naa Saami Ranga had its share of the theatrical run. The film had a fantastic first week and a decent second weekend. Overall, it reached the breakeven in just eight days.
It will be a huge sigh of relief for Nagarjuna who has been facing massive duds in recent times. Directed by Vijay Binni, Naa Saami Ranga has Allari Naresh in an important role. Ashika Ranganath is the female lead of the project.
