Sunrisers Hyderabad has won an interesting match against Mumbai Indians. Batting first, SRH has posted a massive total of 197 runs. SRH has promoted Priyam Garg up the order and it yielded fruitful results. He has scored a quick 42. Rahul Tripathi who was in fine touch scored a superb 76 which defined the innings.
Nicholas Pooran was promoted up the other and scored 38. At one stage, SRH looked like it could post more than 200 but quick wickets pegged it back. Ramandeep Singh has taken three wickets which impressed the most.
Chasing a mammoth total, Mumbai Indians have got the best start. However, after 96 runs partnership, Rohit Sharma has thrown it away. Ishan Kishan fell quickly too. When MI seemed to lose the plot, Tim David scored four sixes in an over and looked to take MI to home.
However, Tim David’s runout changed the dynamics and eventually, MI lost the match by 3 runs.
