There is no DRS for the first 1.4 overs of yesterday’s match due to the power outage in the stadium. This has turned controversial as CSK’s opener Devon Conway was wrongly adjudged LBW and he can’t challenge that call due to no DRS. Playing in the world’s richest cricket tournament no one expects such technical issues.

That second ball wicket changed the course of the match as CSK were bundled out for just 97 runs. Mumbai Indians struggled their way to the target by losing 5 wickets. CSK fans are not happy with the result and with the way the match went. A couple of LBW decisions did not go in their favor, they certainly didn’t like it.

With the loss, Chennai Super Kings are now out of the tournament. They have won only 4 matches out of the 12 played so far. Even if they won the remaining 2 matches, they can’t make it to the playoffs.
