India and West Indies will be playing their milestone test. The second test in this series will be the 100th test between the two sides and Rohit Sharma in an interview stated that he feels honoured to lead the side in this milestone cricket. Rohit said that Indian Test cricket is currently facing the transition phase and is going to be in the right direction with the new guys who came into Test cricket at the right moment.
Rohit Sharma was also positive about Ishan Kishan being in the test squad. He said that Ishan Kishan is a talented guy and we have seen him hitting 200 in ODIs. “We have to bring the talent outside in test cricket by giving him chances,” said Rohit. The Indian captain has also responded to the current situation of the West Indies Cricket. He said that one can’t comment on it without knowing what’s happening inside West Indies Cricket. “One thing is for sure, they are a bunch of extremely talented cricketers,” he said.
Rohit Sharma on this occasion said that there would not be any major changes for the second Test.
