Sunrisers Hyderabad have announced their new head coach for the upcoming season. Daniel Vettori has replaced Brian Lara as the head coach of Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL. Daniel Vettori, a former New Zealand player served as the coach for the franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore from 2014 to 2018. He is currently serving as the assistant coach for the Australian Men’s team.
Sunrisers Hyderabad has been changing coaches for the past few years. Vettori will be the fourth head coach of the franchise in six seasons. Tom Moody served as head coach for 2019 and 2022. Trevor Bayliss has been the coach for 2020 and 2021. Brian Lara is the coach of the SRH in the year 2023. IPL 2023 has been the worst season for SRH. The team finished last with four wins and 10 losses.
He is also serving as the coach for the Birmingham Phoenix men’s team at The Hundred.
