Telangana Chief Minister KCR addressed a huge meeting yesterday in the Munugode constituency ahead of the by-polls which became evident due to the resignation of Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy. Addressing the public, KCR said that the Munugode election result should send a message to the nation.

“As long as I am breathing welfare schemes like Rythu Bandhu, Rythu Bhima, Aasara pensions, and free electricity to farmers will continue. No matter how hard BJP try to stop the welfare schemes, I make sure to continue them,” KCR said in the meeting.

KCR said that the by-polls are not a political fight but it is a fight for survival. “If BJP wins, all the welfare schemes will be stopped by them and the electricity meters to agriculture pump sets will be fixed,” he warned the Munugode people.

Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy who resigned as the MLA will be joining the BJP in the presence of Amit Shah.
