Ex-Minister Narayana has been issued bail by the Chittoor court at midnight on Tuesday. It is known that Narayana was detained at his home in Kondapur, Hyderabad, and was taken to Chittoor in his own car. After his health checkup in the government general hospital, Narayana was produced before the magistrate in the early hours of Wednesday.
Narayana’s advocates told the magistrate that their client has resigned from the institutions way back in 2014 and has produced the related documents as well. The magistrate has taken that into consideration and issued bail with a condition of two sureties of Rs. 1 lakh each that should be submitted before May 18th.
It is very well known that Narayana was accused after the 10th paper leakage in Andhra Pradesh that happened on April 27th. Minister Botsa Satyanarayana accused the TDP’s leaders behind the controversy. “It is not a leakage but the question paper was sent outside 1 and half hours after the examination has started. It is to defame the government,” said Botsa on that day.
