Now, in the wake of these things Nandamuri Balakrishna has called prominent TRS leader Harish Rao a selfless, people’s leader. These comments gained much attention as both the political parties are ideally against each other.
Harish Rao who is currently serving as Minister for Health, Medical, and Family welfare in Telangana has granted Rs. 6 Cr tax exemption for Balakrishna’s Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital which has been treating cancer patients with minimal or no fee depending on the patients’ financial status.
Balakrishna founded the hospital in the name of his mother and has been doing great service for a long time. Now, Harish Rao’s gift to Balakrishna for the good service has made the Hindupur MLA compliment Harish Rao. Nevertheless, these comments have gained political traction.
