Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation today morning on the eve of Independence Day. On this occasion, Modi called on the citizens to take the Panch Pran pledge to fulfill their dreams by the year 2047 i.e., the coming 25 years, by the time the nation completes 100 years of Independence.
The first pran on the list is to move forward toward the goal of developed India. The second pran is to remove any trace of servitude i.e., having a colonial mindset.
The third pran is to take pride in our legacy and roots. While the fourth one is to have unity for our dreams. He called, “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat”. The fifth pran called by Modi is to have a sense of duty among the citizens.
Ahead of his speech, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hoisted the national flag. Apart from the 250 eminent personalities, nearly 8K-10K people have attended the program.
