Delhi Excise Policy: No relief to K Kavitha as SC to hear the petition on March 24th

It is a setback for the Telangana MLC K Kavitha as Supreme Court today has cleared that the petition will be heard on March 24th and there is no need to take up the case on an emergency basis. Kavitha approached Supreme Court when ED summoned her again to appear on March 20th stating that as she is a woman, calling her to the ED office will not be appropriate.

Supreme Court took up the case and declared that the petition will be heard on the 24th of this month. However, Kavitha wants to take up the case immediately but latest, Supreme Court said no. The case will be taken up on the 24th.

So, what will Kavitha do now? Will she attend the ED questioning on March 20th or will she skip it like she did the previous time?
