The Supreme Court has today posted Chandrababu Naidu’s bail cancellation petition to three weeks in the Skill Development Scam case. The petition was filed by AP CID in this case. The Counsel for the CID has been alleging that Chandrababu Naidu and his family members were trying to influence the witnesses in the case.

It is very well known that Chandrababu Naidu was in the Rajamahendravaram jail for 53 days before he was granted bail. The court granted bail to CBN on two sureties. After the bail, the AP CID challenged the High Court’s decision in the Supreme Court.

The CID Counsel has been arguing that CBN being an influential person is trying to contact other witnesses in the case and influencing them. The Supreme Court heard the arguments and directed Chandrababu Naidu to file affidavits in the next two weeks. The court then posted the case for the next three weeks.
