A free mega medical camp was organized in memory of Kolla Saket in collaboration with Rotary on Saturday at Kolla Venkata Narayana, Tulasamma-Kalyana Mandapam, Parchur in association with the TANA foundation. Sringavarapu Niranjan, Executive Vice President (President-Elect) of TANA foundation has stated that the association is striving to reduce the cost of health care by providing corporate medical services to the rural population.
On this occasion, Sringavarapu Niranjan appreciated the efforts of Kolla Ashok Babu who has been acting as the backbone for almost a decade in organizing service programs on behalf of TANA. Kolla Ashok Babu stated that as medical experts of Basavatharakam Hospital conduct tests with modern medical equipment, this health camp will benefit a lot of people.
13 people in the camp were diagnosed with initial symptoms of cancer. The doctors said that they will conduct all kinds of tests for free in Hyderabad for them. Doctors from various corporate hospitals have served the people in this camp.
