Salaar is getting released on December 22nd. There are just a few hours left for the release of the movie. Prashant Neel is carrying the burden of promoting this movie by giving interviews. In a Kannada interview, Prashant Neel opened up that the movie is inspired by his debut movie Ugramm.
Right from the announcement of Salaar, there have been numerous speculations that Salaar is the remake of the Kannada film Ugramm which was released in the year 2014. Srimurali, Prashant Neel’s sister’s husband is the hero of this movie.
Prashant Neel in the interview said that he can’t get over Ugramm. So, he took the plotline and gave KGF, kind of touch to the story. He brought in the Khansaar city backdrop and made it a two-part film. Finally, with Prashant Neel agreeing that the film has Ugramm touches, now Prabhas fans are quickly revising that Kannada movie.
