The stage is all set for the grand inauguration of Ayodhya Ram Mandir which is a decades dream for many Hindus. The nation is waiting with bated breath for the historic moment. Jai Shri Ram chants are resonating in the ears of the devotees. While this is one angle, there are some scamsters who is looking to take advantage of the sentiment.
Some products being titled as Ayodhya Ram Mandir Prasadams are on sale on the e-commerce giant Amazon. However, it turned out to be completely false. The Confederation of All India Traders has taken note of these fake products on Amazon and lodged a complaint against the same to the Central government which in turn sent show cause notices to Amazon.
The government is questioning Amazon for listing those products which is clearly targeted to trick the customers. Amazon has 7 days to respond on this issue. An Amazon representative have responded and stated that the products are being taken down and the company is unaware of these fake product listings.
