Kerala Congress shared a video in which rainwater is coming down allegedly in the Vande Bharat Express. This comes as a surprise as even a normal train will not leak water from the top. Rain might come from the windows of non-AC coaches. But in the video, rain is leaking through in executive coaches and the train staff have kept containers to collect the rainwater.
The Kerala Congress posted this on their social media account to criticize the Modi government. “Farewell blankets, hello umbrellas: Vande Bharat redefines comfort,” they wrote.

However, South Railways have denied the allegations on social media. “No such incident has happened in the Vande Bharat running in Kerala. Nor this incident has happened in the other two Vande Bharat train services running in Southern Railway,” the tweet said.
Vande Bharat is the prestigious inclusion of Narendra Modi’s government. The fleet of Vande Bharat is fast expanding. Five new trains are slated to commence their operations on June 26th.
