Rebel Star Prabhas has lined up several projects. He completed his work for Adi Purush a long time back. But the VFX works took their own time and the makers announced Sankranthi’s release long back. However, after the release of the trailer, everything changed. Adi Purush teaser is one of the most trolled promos in a long time and with this, the think tank went back to the table.
The VFX works are being redesigned and the fresh release date of Adi Purush is not known yet. It might release in June 2023 but the reports are that it might be pushed back to Sankranthi 2024.
This confusion puts Prabhas’s other releases in a fix. He will complete the shooting of Salaar in a couple of months. The release date will be in the second half of 2023. Prabhas will be done with Project K by the end of next year and there is Maruthi’s project that will have a release next year as well. So, without the confirmation of Adi Purush’s release, his other films might struggle.
