Hence, Tollywood producers have decided to release the movie on the OTT platform after 50 days. The decision was made after a series of meetings. It is going to definitely save the theatrical business. However, movie producers are going to lose money as the OTT platforms pay for the producers for early releases.
If the film releases within 4 weeks, there will be a high payment. We have seen it with Acharya as producers pocketed extra bucks when they decided to prepone the streaming date.
