Actor, producer, and politician Bandla Ganesh has faced a huge shock from the Ongole Court today as the district court sentenced 1-year of jail to the actor in a cheque bounce case. Going into the details, a person named Jetti Venkateswarlu had filed a cheque bounce case against Bandla Ganesh.
He approached the court for a default of the cheque payment of Rs. 95 lakhs. It is said that Bandla Ganesh took Rs 95 lakh from Venkateswarulu in 2019 as a loan and issued a cheque for the same on behalf of Parameshwara Arts as a surety. However, Jetti Venkateswarlu tried to encash the cheque which resulted in a cheque bounce.
After this, the victim filed a court case and initiated legal proceedings. The Ongole district court has announced the verdict in favor of Jetti Venkateswarlu. The court has given 1 month for Bandla Ganesh to appeal in return.
