They suggest that after recovering from COVID, one needs to undergo a few tests saying that COVID might affect our body’s functionality in many ways. We have to just check whether every functioning is normal or not. Especially, people with BP, sugar, etc., Here are some of the tests, they need to undergo after recovering from COVID.
1. Anti Bodies:
This is a very crucial test. After recovering, we have to check our antibodies which will be crucial in fighting against the viruses. Generally, anti-bodies will take a week or two to develop. So it will be better to get tested after recovering from COVID.
2. CBC:
CBC is nothing but Complete Blood Test. After recovering, we need to know the functioning of our RBC and WBC in our bodies.
3. BP, Sugar:
It is very important to see the levels of Blood Pressure and Glucose in our body. If anyone has diabetes or a cholesterol problem, they are more likely to have heart-related problems. So the doctors are suggesting that the persons who have BP and Sugar need to undergo the tests.
4. Cardiac Screening:
The coronavirus attacks the respiratory system in the body. So those who have heart-related ailments should undergo the respective tests.
5. Neuro function test:
Though recovering from COVID, some might not gain the taste and smell for a month or so. So it is important to undergo a Neuro function test.
