It is evident that Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan approached the surrogacy process. Now, the Tamil Nadu government wants to probe this surrogacy twins matter as from January 2022 bearing a child through surrogacy is illegal unless the woman can’t bear the child by herself.
So, the Tamil Nadu government wants to make sure both Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan followed the process legally. They will probe into the matter. Both the couple have been served notices and they have to respond to that.
