Veteran filmmaker Singeetam Srinivasa Rao is a visionary. He has attempted many firsts in Indian Cinema. Be it the dialogue-less film, or time travel flick, Singeetam has tried many rare genres. Singeetam Srinivasa Rao was made involved in the sci-fi thriller Project K which has Prabhas in the lead role.
However, Singeetam is now not associated with the film which sparked rumors that Project K director Nag Ashwin and Singeetam Srinivasa Rao had their differences. Hence, Singeetam has walked out of the project.
The legendary director has cleared the speculations. He has given clarity regarding his role in the movie. “Nag Ashwin approached me to look at the script and give my opinion and input. I have done that and the thing ends there. I am not a showrunner or a mentor for the project,” cleared Singeetam Srinivasa Rao.
Project K has Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan in crucial roles.
