Lucknow Super Giants have maintained their cool in a tricky chase and thus has got their third win in four matches. After their defeat in their debut match, it is their third straight win. Winning the toss, LSG has elected to field first. They have brought in Krishnappa Gowtham in place of Manish Pandey. Even Delhi Capitals made two changes. David Warner comes in place of Tim Seifert. Anrich Nortje has made his appearance as well. However, both of them had a bad match and failed to make any impact.
Prithvi Shaw gave Delhi Capitals a dream start. Though the pitch is tricky, Shaw has batted with complete freedom. He scored 61 runs in just 34 balls. However, apart from Prithvi Shaw none of them have applied themselves nor looked comfortable. They never got going. Finally, DC has only managed 149 runs which are clearly under par.
In the chase, LSG has got a decent start. The first wicket fell at 73. Quinton de Kock scored a fluent 80. Krunal Pandya, Ayush Badoni finished things off. Quinton was the player in the match.
