West Indies lost the series against India already but they can’t be too complaining. In the two losses, the way they fought is morale boosting. They come close but couldn’t cross the line. West Indies are expecting to cross it this time and avoid a whitewash. India on the other hand will be happy that they managed to win the crunch moments, especially in the second ODI where Axar Patel literally clinched the victory.
We can’t expect many changes to the third ODI regarding the Indian setup. Might be a chance or two for the players who haven’t got any chance. Shubman Gill is batting positively. Indian management might not think to replace Shreyas Iyer or Suryakumar Yadav. Axar Patel has proved his mettle. So a change might be expected in the bowling department.
The same is the case with West Indies who are already with a thin squad.
