India versus Australia test at Delhi has rolled out interestingly. Australia won the toss and choose to bat first. Interestingly, Australia had only one pacer in the side and picked three spinners in the likes of Kuhnemann, Lyon, and Murphy. Khawaja and Warner opened the innings cautiously. They build 50 runs partnership for the first wicket. Khawaja and Labuschagne stitched another 41 runs partnership. However, Ashwin picked Labuschagne and Smith in the same over pegging Australia back.
The whole Australian innings revolved between Khawaja and Handscomb who scored 81 and 72 respectively. Pat Cummins played a good hand by scoring 33 runs as well.
For India, Ashwin picked three wickets and Jadeja picked three as well. Shami was the pick of the bowlers with four wickets.
