India celebrated the 73rd Republic Day in style. As a part of this Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has participated in the celebration as well. Modi appeared in the latest traditional dress when he came near the Indian War Memorial in the country’s capital New Delhi to pay tributes to the martyrs.
He visited the National War Memorial and paid tributes to the soldiers. He was seen wearing Uttarakhand special cap at the event. He has also worn Manipuri stole. This has become a topic of discussion in social media as many have wanted to know about the cap.
Uttarakhand people have been sharing their happiness that the PM has worn a Uttarakhand special cap. It is a Uttarakhand hill cap which is a representation of the Brahma Lotus flower. It is Uttarakhand’s state flower. This flower is majorly found in the Himalayas. The Brahma lotus flower grows in the month of August. This cap is specially made by local artists. It was made by Soham Art and Heritage Center Mussoorie.
