This will come as a big shock to the opposition party leader of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav as Aparna Yadav has joined the ruling Bharatiya Janatha Party (BJP). However, it is not a complete surprise as Aparna has been maintaining her distance from the opposition party and publicly admiring the ruling party.
She has praised Modi’s ruling and even donated Rs. 11 lakh for the construction of the Ram Mandir. She has even praised many initiations of UP CM Yogi Adityanath. Aparna Yadav is the daughter-in-law of Mulayam Singh Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav’s half-brother Prateek Yadav’s wife.
Aparna Yadav today joined the BJP in the presence of deputy CM CM Keshav Prasad Maurya & BJP State president Swatantra Dev Singh. After joining formalities, Aparna Yadav stated that the nation always comes first for her. “I am very thankful to BJP,” she said.
With the assembly polls round the corner, the political scenario is changing drastically in the state.
