Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has today made sensational and controversial statements regarding the floods and the cloudburst. KCR said that he has some preliminary information regarding the man-made cloudbursts. KCR doubted this could be an attempt by someone from outside the country to create disturbances in our country.
He stated an example that similar kind of man-made cloudbursts happened in Ladakh and Leh some time back and recently in Uttarakhand. He said there might also be an outside hand behind the Telangana floods.
However, KCR has also said that this could be because of climatic changes as well. These statements are surprising as they came directly from a Chief Minister. “Does he have any exclusive information on this? How is this possible?” questions people who hear his speech.
